Terms of service
These terms govern your use of GSP WooCommerce Migration (“the App”), provided by GspTechnologies. By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you use the App on behalf of a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.
1. The service
The App copies catalog data (products, variants, images, categories and SEO information) from a WooCommerce store you control into your Shopify store, creates redirects from old product URLs, and lets you re-run migrations. Features are described in the Help center. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must own the WooCommerce store, or be authorized by its owner, and have the right to copy its content, including product images and descriptions.
- Keep your own backups. The App only reads from WooCommerce, but it creates and updates records in your Shopify store.
- Review the migrated data before going live: prices, stock, variants, taxes, shipping and redirects. Some data cannot map 1:1 to Shopify (for example, Shopify allows at most 3 product options); the App reports these cases in each migration's report.
- Do not use the App to break the law, infringe others' rights, or overload or attack any system.
3. Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed by Shopify, in US dollars, every 30 days, and appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices and plan limits are shown on the Plans page in the App and on our App Store listing.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Plans page. Cancelling stops future charges; data already migrated stays in your Shopify store.
- Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or by Shopify's billing policies. If something went wrong, contact us: we review every request fairly.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
4. Your data
Your store data remains yours. We process it only to provide the App, as described in our Privacy policy.
5. Availability and support
We aim to keep the App available and to answer support requests at contact@gsptechnologies.com within 2 business days, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Migrations depend on your WooCommerce host and on Shopify, which are outside our control.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that migrated data will be complete or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GspTechnologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 3 months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the App. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.
9. Trademarks
WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc. and Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. GSP WooCommerce Migration is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and notify you of significant changes in the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
